Those laws apply to vehicles registered and garaged in Virginia. I've heard that some Utah wheelers garage rigs in Colorado because Colorado's attempt at limiting lift heights was struck down as unconstutional (state constitution). Utah had strict limits until a couple years ago.

I'm surprised more people aren't having problems in VA...probably the more rural the better off you are. I grew up in Virginia, and every time I go back I am just amazed at how many cops VA has enforcing traffic. After being in the West, it feels like a police state. I think VA has more traffic cops than most states have law enforcement personnel...gotta prosecute the "crimes" that bring money into the treasury coffers.

Why the hell do you need 35" tires in VA anyway? Construction sites getting more difficult :guitar: ???

Nay
Being so close to sea level the air is so thick we need 35,s just to pull thru it
