Well boys and gals, iv done something bad.

oh and since im saving up for a long arm adventure, i made it a short arm 4 link.
heres what we did for the driver side upper link.

it has 3 stacked beads the each tab, that are beveled. super beefy goodness. i tested it by wailing on the tabs with a hammer just to be sure that were sturdy.

and this is me tig welding at school.

kinda why its been slow on the progress. up at 5 am in class by 6 out at 3 and tending to the family till like 9, pass out at 10. repeat the next day

MINE!!!!!! WOOT!!!!!! ill tighten up everything in the front end and an alignment and shes drivable. still need to do rear shocks and figure out an e brake.

and when money permits, build a cross member and a torsion bar for the rear

sorry there isnt much in the way of tech. i tend to get a wild hair and dive in to what im looking at, and in the end no tech pics. all ya get are the "look look look" pics lol im currently replacing the front brakes on my other XJ and being that the wrong parts were ordered, shes blocking the big girl in the front of the driveway for another day.

well seeing how i have now got a jeep on full widths and a jeep with a dana 30, ill be swapping all the beefy super 30 stuff over to my DD. should be drivin the big beast by this weekend!!!!

well there will come a day that we will wheel together and see how bad we can bust on eachothers rigs, while having a blast

and i know URE isnt that far but im not gonna drive it there and break and not have a way home.
