That CNC shop I'm going to talk to about my new parts idea also has a "fabrication" division - if someone can get me dims in the next couple weeks, I can float this past them as well...

I'd like to see this sort of thing reissued - I might take the idea and mod a stock bumper to work with it, and a little reinforcement for pull points and such...

You need to move the tow hook brackets forward to the next set of holes. The way you have it mocked up now, the winch tray sits forward of the bumper mounts on the tow hook brackets.
