Wanted XJ with some Mods for <$5K

Wanted:
1. 4x4 XJ for <$5K, '87+, must be near Bay Area CA.
2. Around 4" lift, Not a Cheapo lift kit (spacers etc..)
3. Clean, no rust. Nice paint is not a must. Not interested in show rig.
4. Winch prefered.
5. Good running 6cyl, burns minimal to no oil.
6. No power anything prefered.
7. Aggressive mud tires prefered.

I have one but I am in virginia beach. $5000. It is a 1996 XJ 2 door. Previously a 4cyl. cut fenders but no body damage, mitsubishi eclipse bucket seats, spray in floor liner. has teraflex 4" lift with 2 inch blocks and spacers for a total lift of 6". brand new 35" BFG mud terrains with 50 miles on them, black steel rims (5 of them). 2 hours on the engine and tranny. Rebuilt 350 crate motor 4 bolt main, bored .030 over, roller rockers with poly locks, a towing cam (lots of torque), cast aluminum chevy logo valve covers,advance adapters conversion headers with dual flowmaster 40 series exhaust, accel super coil with 8mm accel wires. brand new holley 660 cfm truck avenger carb. Becool aluminum conversion radiator, dual electric fans, built 700R4 transmission with all the goodies and B&M shift kit, tranny cooler. B&M sport shifter, mitsubishi eclipse bucket seats, spray in bed liner on floor, 231c transfer case with JB conversions SYE and CV driveshaft. dana 30 open diff in front and chry 8 1/4" open rear. 1 1/4" reciever hitch. wheeled a little with 4cyl but not the V8.

That sounds like a bad-ass rig. Unfortunately to far for me to come check it out..
