Wanted- winch bumper building

I am looking for someone to help build or build me a winch bumper for my 91 xj. It doesn't have to be anything fancy but strong enough to hold a winch. Let me know if you would be interested in helping a fellow xj'er out,.

ive read threads before where guys agree they would have been better off buying one instead of building one.
between the steel welding wire, welding gas, and the time, its not worth it.
if you get free steel or something then it might be worth it.

Well i can get 2x5 and 2x2 lengths of steel for $.30 a pound here in town. Mite just go and get some of that and try something.
