Get an AA HD SYE and Tom Woods shaft, you can get a package deal for unde $500. I have been told the AA is better than the JB for 97+ XJs, but don't know of any difference. I have had my AA HD SYE for 30k miles on my 2000 and its been great.

I would also suggest BPI again, I got one w/o the winch mount, but with the hitch and I can hook the winch front or rear w/ the multi-mount.
