used forklift to test flex, now leans to left side...

if i understand what you did with your qd's its not really the right thing to do. If you jacked up one side of the truck so that it would sit level and then connected the qd's so that they are both at the same length what your doing is preloading one side of the sway bar when you let the truck back down on the ground. What this does when you pre load it, when you turn one direction its going to feel like you corner really level and the other side your going to feel like your in a caddy you'll definitely feel the difference. That reason is because your preloading the sway bar which isn't good. Your best bet it to either run it with two different lengths (which im doing since theres something messed up with my front end) or crawl under there and start trying to figure what got knocked outta alignment and fix it so you can run the same lengths.

Been there plenty, w/o any swaybars. No problems. But then again everyones driving skills are different.

More than skills, everyones luck is different, too. Just because you havent flipped your jeep yet means you havent been put into the situation where the sway bar would have made the difference, not that skill compensated for it.

Allright Allright... swaybar no swaybar.
And I agree with the lean.... it adds a bit o character. and it'll level out over time.
And lets see some pics o' that massive flex......

Did you ever check to see if the coils were properly seated on the lower spring plates, there is a stop built into the cups for the end of the coils to sit into
