lets see.. I work for a 8 billion dollar company (worldwide) and I have never recieved more than a 4% raise in a 12 month period.. 9/11 pushed it to 18 months for that year. That 4% is at the discretion of managers.
I am going to say... STFU and get back to work.
Unions were necessary before Labor Laws, but are useless now and are sucking the life out of the American industry.
UAW is killing GM with $1600+ taked onto every vehicle for union related costs. No wonder Toyota will be #1 next year. Go Union...
