But it's not the kinda 'body' I'm wanting. I'm being super picky about cruisers since it's not my usual. Likely be my demise as well.

Well something followed me home today. Not what I was planning on getting. But the test ride made my pp tingle so I got it. 07 600RR. Tried not getting something white, however I think I am doomed to that

So instead of a cruiser you bought a supersport? LOL, that's like shopping for a truck and buying a mini cooper. :D

Congrats on the new bike.

Different seats for different butts man, you need to ride what makes you happy.

Hit me up if you want to go for a ride sometime, I'm normally down to burn gas on the 2 wheel machine.

Yeah I'm eating for some parts to come in to make it a bit more friendly and then I'll really get some seat time. Redoing all forward controls, clipons, and gears.

First of the new parts are here. Adjustable. Bend backward in case of a drop vs breaking. Shorter length. Easy pull.

Played hookey from work today and rode down to La Veta to grab a tag. The. I picked up my son and set the new tag up here in Longmont. Got to eat some good food at Chub Burger while we were at it too.

No, I missed it. All I know is that Rossi is doing great and Rea is tearing it up for Mamma Kawa in WSBK.

R6 taillight and is that a cb500f front light??
Did you do the integrated taillight or is that just the factory set up?

Yeah it's a motodynamic led taillight with sequential turn signals and a Yamaha mt03 headlight w the housing slightly modified to accept the cheapy eBay led turn signals. It wasn't a huge project but I started at the end of last summer and just now found the time to get it to this point lol. I still need to paint the tail section and then make a seat pan and have it upholstered.

Check out jbeatsseats he does a lot of custom seats for the stunt world, might be able to knock out what you need

Send me a link or some more info, i would like to find someone local so i can show them exactly what i want on the bike instead of getting something in the mail and hoping it fits the back of the tank and everything the way i want.

I rode to work today and that got me all motivated to keep working on the bike so i grabbed a can of starting fluid and got one of the race tires mounted to the k1200 rear wheel i bought last summer. Looks fricken badass.....

....but as soon as it was on the bike i realized that the rim is super bent, grrrr. I bought the pair of k1200 wheels last summer from woodys so ill go back one of these weekends and see if they will give me a deal on straightening it. Also the "k1200" centerstand that i bought off of ebay last summer to clear the wider rim and tire doesnt appear to actually be off of a k1200 because its not any wider then the centerstand thats on my bike.
