Tsunami Warning for our coast !!!!!!!!

Be carefull if your on the coast this morning we may have a Tsunami heading out way Japan had a 8.9 magnitude earth quake last night just a heads up for you coasties.

This morning I called my buddy on Long Beach to Warn him. HE wasn't at the beach house but reported the Tsunami was only supposed to be 1 ft high.

Crazy shit though!!! I work with several of the Japanese airlines on a regular basis, I really hope those guys are doing ok.

The damage that happened and the thought of the people that got caught in that just leaves me near being speechless. Just crazy what mother nature can do and how fast it can happen.

Yeah I called my buddys in Florence to make sure that they knew there was a potential Tsunami heading there way.I woke them up at 5:00 am turned out that they were in Eugine.

It is some crazy stuff going on and to show the power of something likes this is just nuts. In cali they had it large enough to where it killed one person and swept three others out to sea, one person was found alive last I heard about it. This is very minor compared to what happen over seas but just goes to show just how powerful something like this is to where it can affect us this far away.

Our hearts and thoughts go out to the people over seas.

Pretty shocked to see the damage. I lived in Northern Japan for four years while stationed at Misawa, then another four years outside of Tokyo at Atsugi. Made many friends over there and thoroughly enjoyed my time in Japan. We had lots of earthquakes while I was there. Always worried about a big one coming along. But it's pretty tragic to see places I've been just washed over by the tsunami at Sendai and Hachinohe. My heart really goes out to everyone over there, as this is a truly tragic catastrophe.
