Hey you guys I'm new to Colorado and just lifted my 96 xj with a RE 4.5 super flex kit with 32 BFG's M/T's and i dont have a winch or bumpers would i be able to run with you guys?
Yes and please do!

Great what day do you guys plan on running? Cause i might have to work on sat but i could get out of it if needed! Do you think that there would be any snow?

I'll try and make it. Anyone from the Northglenn/Thornton area want to meet up before hand and "convoy" there?

:eyes: Hey guys i'm new to colorado and live in Elizabeth what would be the easy way to the trail head? Any help would be very helpful! i'll be there

Send a PM to Stumpalump, he lives in Franktown. It just might work out for you to follow him.

I didn't catch the Elizebeth part but that would be cool. I hope the snow stays around because that would be a perfect trail for a snow run. Wife just heard the Springs will get a foot. Woohoo.

Today, we are supposed to get 2"-6" of snow.

our trial scout is kind of doubtful on the trail conditions all. Looking a little gloomy. I am still down though
I can't wait! I hope we get another foot!

Meet up in the Springs at the Safeway on Sunday morning. Hwy24w to 31st. North on 31st and west on Colorado to the Safeway. Rolling out a 7:15 sharp. Or meet up at Casle Rock outlet Mall Mcdonalds at 6:15 at the latest. 7 rigs in Castle Rock alone are comitted so it ought to be a good run.

Just to be clear everyone, Highway 24 is the Cimarron exit off of I-25.

Head west, right on 31st, left on Colorado. Safeway is on the left hand side about 1/4 mile down the road after the left on colorado

There is a Starbucks there and everything

Mike, I am sure that there are a few undercover guys who still wanna go. A lot of guys are stock so they won't be going considering the snow. Either way, let's do it.
More vehicles can make for a real looooong day. Warrlord has seen that white stuff a time or two, you guys are gonna have a blast!

I'm gonna be tearing down a V-8 for my pickup.

Welp, I'm gonna have to miss this one unfortunatley. I got elected by my wife (while I was gone all day today) to help her sister & niece move into their new place tomorrow. At least she finally divorced her lazy, jobless, good for nothing, drug addict husband. Anyway, I'm obligated to help out family.

Oh well! I guess there are worse reasons to miss out on some trail time. Good luck with that Larry!

Unfortuantely I had to miss out, I just can't afford the gas right now. Stupid new job making me go almost a month with out a paycheck right before christmas when stupid stores and commercials make it a requirement to spend evry last penny on stupid presents that nobody really needs or wants just to keep the stupid corporate world happy and not be deemed a "Scrooge" by stupid people that buy in to stupid holidays.

Well that was my venting for the month. I hope everyone has a good time today, wish I could have been there.
