You are coming to wf again, right?

Can't wait to see it.

I have no idea at this point, my spotter and I decided to start competing again in 2013 so until scheduals are announced, everything else is still up in the air, we are wanting to do WeRock and RCrocs this coming year, RCrocs is a mayby until we find out their final decision on weather or not they will be combining class 3 and 4 or not.

You really are getting in there and getting this bad boy done, so sittin around idle. I admire your drive man. Keep up the good work

I have to get this done, it is the only way I have to get the buggy anywhere now and I do not want to register or insure it as a truck, I want to insure and register as an RV so it has to be one when I go do it. Once that is done I can finally go wheelin again.

x2

If I had half your ambition I would have so much more time to wheel.

not bad for an old man that has 3 heart attacks already, wife keeps telling me to slow down. I stop when I need to.

Got a little more done, finished the paneling on the entry frame area into the upper bunk, finished bringing the passenger side wall out the same distance as the kitchen side cabinet so now the entrance into the bunk is equal on both sides now, was gonna install the light up there but my son snagged my electrical tape and I can't find it, gonna have to pick some up at work tonight and beat the kid when I get home. Next I have to do the face on the storage area up there and get cabinet doors on it and I will be done with the upper front bunk.

looking good as always man. how long before you can get the ac working so you dont have to work in the heat?

pics of the beating? :D

I am probably gonna do it after I finish up the upper bunk, got a new cover for it last week and that was the only thing that was keeping me from doing it sooner, gonna have to get someone to come over to help me get it up there, Them things are not light

Here I am sitting around waiting for daylight again, I do not have to be to work till 3:00 today so I should be able to get some progress on this today, gonna try to get the upper cabinet in the front bunk finished up and figure out what I need to do for the crawl through into the cab

Here is the begining of the comunicatio port, turns out a peice of the FRP I cut out for a window was big enough for me to use

And here is the face for the upper bunk storage area, the top will have doors and the lower will just be a reach in cubby so I will not have to worry about mattres and bedding clearance

okie dokie, got the crawl through hole cut in the box now. I did not like the way the inflatable seal sat against the cab, just not a flat enough surface to get a good seal so I framed out an extension on the ourtside of it that has a nice big flat surface for the boot to sit against. I am in the first step of fiberglassing it to seal it good . Once it dries and I can trim it down for the next phase of glassing I will get a pic and post

pics soon, I got carried away and am almost completely done with fiberglassing it. Just a little trimming left to do and then I can prep it for paint. I may have this completely done today and will be able to install it tomorrow

might be a stupid question, but how does that allow for movement between the cab and box?

i'm assuming since he was talking about an inflatable seal it's going to have a big air filled gasket between the two.
