To-do List

I never called them, I doubt they will. I might be an a-hole, but Im not that much of an a-hole, I know it was my own fault and need limit straps.

you should still try. worst that can happen is they say no, and call you an A-hole for trying to pull this unjustified warranty scam BS. and put a hex on your future children.

you know no big deal.

Updated, getting closer...

I also flushed the ATF out of the PS system to see if it quieted it down, and it helped some, but I think I may have gotten a junk reman pump, so I might warranty that before NACfest.

After a good shake down run at rausch this past weekend I got alittle to add but nothing broke!. not bad for a xj that rolled 230k on the way up there

-ruffstuff diff covers
-sye
-weld in 2x6 box steel for rockers or continue to bash them
-upgrade steering and build steering box brace
-gas tank skid
- build a hd crossmember
- put a freaking bumper on the damn thing
-shave the 8.25, holy shit I forgot how much that damn lip gets hung up on stuff

at the minimum, i can do absolutely nothing and still go

at the maximum I have a boatload of shit to do.

lq9 swap
swap out my entire drivetrain for the doubler
belly pan
driveshafts
bumpers
paint my bare metal thats errywhere
rocker armor
cage
recaros
insulate my interior better
red rope licorice dispenser

yup, maybe half of that is happening. Here is the bare minimum of what I need right now:

recaro's and insulation are pretty much done, also have some nice new fitted carpet on the way

lq9 swap is almost done.

-plug in wiring harness and mount ecm
-weld some exhaust tubing in
-cooling system
-finish my fuel return line.
-wire up my fuel pump
-mount vehicle speed sensor
-do something for gauges (probably get one of them obd2 to mini usb cords and run an android gauge app)
-change the oil and filter.

The cooling system is the big deal breaker for me. I'm gonna need to buy a radiator, fans, hoses, wire them up, and still be able to afford to go to PA and back. and that is if There are no other issues.

Not to mention I have no idea what radiator and fan setup to even run as of right now.
