TJ question/help

So a buddy of mine has a TJ w/ RE 4.5" SA lift and after wheeling the other weekend we noticed that the d.s. rear upper control arm mount had ripped off the frame and that his p.s. rear upper control arm mount was starting to pull away from the frame too.

Any of you guys had this happen before or seen this? Whats the best way to fix this w/0 spending a fortune?

I have heard that not once, but multiple times. The cheap route would be to re-weld them back up and reinforce the crap out of them or upgrade to a beefier setup / long arm in the rear, hence expensive. The other infamous TJ weak point is the rear track bar mount on the axle. I saw a company somewhere have a special bolt on support bracket for it. The long arm triangulated rear would eliminate that as well.
