You thought about running from the police? How dumb are you? Once they have your license plate and vehicle description... you can run all you want. They will find you eventually (that neat little thing called a home address usually helps out), and now you have evading a police officer on your record as well as whatever else they feel like throwing at you, AND whatever you were pulled over for.
