For the record this is right, according to the Texas Penal code, if someone is one your property you have the right to protect yourself, your possesions, and your family from any if even perceived threat. A little thing call the castle law. Which can be a pain in the butt for LE because now anyone in Texas can as well carry a weapon in their vehicle legally without a CHL.
