"The Walking Dead" on AMC

Tents don't exist? Sure they do, I camp in them all the time. :-)

Despite it's faults, it is my one can't miss show (or shoe, as you put it). I've watched it from the beginning, and will continue as long as it's on. Some things about the show practically beg to be called out/mocked, but I still love it.

How can a parked FSJ survive a head on crash with a school bus, relatively little damage, and barely move?! I don't care, it's a Jeep, and the show is immensely entertaining. B-)

You'd think as popular as it is, they'd have some concern about these "plausibility gaps" our just common sense issues. Why does Darryl yank an arrow out of a zombie head, then stick it in his mouth? Dunno, but I'm still going to watch. ;-)

I'm not bent out of shape, just having fun, as I think you are, too.

i was surprised but not completely shocked. I thought it would have went down different but was expecting a big ending. scene from next time was what got me going.

Lot of crazy stuff happened in that episode but i want to mention one scene that i was surprised the talking dead didn't cover.

the scene when Bob is high tailing it from Rick and gets mowed down.
Bob was broken, bound, unarmed, laying on his stomach, and begging for help...
Rick shot him in the face.

now, with all the crazy that we have seen from Rick, you can kind of justify it by saying kill or be kill right? not here though, there was no chance this man was going to kill him. that was a cold blooded murder. no different than any of the other "murderers" that have been on the show. a threat to the situation? yes. but he resolved that by plowing into him. a good man would have just throw him in the back of the cop car and continued on with the plan.

early on in the season the writers mentioned pushing the limits of the "good guys" you can see at this point that weather you are eating people, steal a prion fortresses, enslaving the weak, or just surviving, its getting real hard to be considered "good"

i personally thought that scene alone says more about where rick is at than thing else thus far.

My wife saw a post on the book of faces by someone that said, "I can't believe that Daryl shot Rick!" We DVR'd it and watched it a couple hours after it aired.

She watched the entire show waiting for it to happen...and then the end.

He put him out of his misery, walkers were coming. Woulda been to dangerous to try to get him into the car.

What an A hole!

That was a shocker! I expected a blood bath and them trying to get out with the boy after she changed the deal. Great ending to a mediocre season IMHO!

This. And you couldn't allow him to enter the group after that. He is clearly a threat. And if he didn't chase him down he could have gone back and Dawn could have killer Carol and Beth.
