"The Walking Dead" on AMC

Did anyone else hear the music with 5 seconds left, and call it that the govna would be outside the gates being a creeper?

The writing/acting/directing has gotten (or maybe i never noticed before) terrible this last season. As mentioned above for example, when rick had his admiration moment for his son, i dunno if that is the actor, or the director, but its terrible television.

This show.... cant love it, cant leave it.

I figured they would have just shown a silhouette of someone standing outside the gate at the end and make you wonder who it was for a week but they didn't.

I had completely forgotten about the rat thing.

So who do you think has been putting the rats at the perimeter gate - the kids or the Governor? It would be a pretty ingenious plan on his part; use the zombies to break down the barriers for him, since he mowed down all of his people from last season.

I'm going to be a MASSIVE douche and quote myself here....lol

i gotta agree i think somehow maybe the governor is baiting the horde towards the prison, just for a revenge move. he wants nothing more than to see Rick and anyone with him go down in a bloody mess.

that about sums it up haha.

Honestly, I think that was one of my favorite episodes this season.

Probably because it answered the main question that's been running through my mind since last season.

I agree 100%. But I don't think this reformed man gimmick is going to last for long. The Governor is a ruthless bastard (at least in the novela) and that chess game was obvious foreshadowing. Good writing though. Splits the audience into who thinks he's being genuine and who thinks this is all a scheme.

I'm the latter. As soon as you don't expect it......

I'm right there with ya.

Even the actor himself said, on the Talking Dead, that he thinks the Character is only concentrating on protecting the girls.

We shall see.

I think the gov has a split personality. I think he honestly wanted to help make the world good again when he built the town and protected the people.

But then there is his other side....

just watched it, thought it was a damn good episode. I agree i think the gov' is a ruthless bastard but there's still good in him, especially because that family had a little girl and he pretty much snapped when his kid was killed.
