Just a quick shot of balancing the Pistons.

Jon: Thank you! I'm aiming for around 215-230 horse and 320-330ft/lb torque. As far as balancing the rods goes, you remove material from the balancing pads (extras big chunks of martial on the top (wrist pin side) and the rod cap. The rod cap does your rotating end and the top pad does your reciprocating end.

Here's a quick update on the build. Got the engine out, disassembled, cleaned, and measured the bearing tolerances on the mains and the rods.
Doing the head work this weekend. Polishing the combustion chambers and the runners. Keeping the ports small to keep intake velocity high since this isn't a high revving engine.
