I just emailed the guy for my buddy John who may buy it. If he doesn't I will. It is simply too good of a deal to pass up. I have plenty of friends with XJ's that want to build theirs and if John will not buy it I KNOW one of them will. I will pass it on to them for the same price.
Holy Crap!!! That was fast. I'm glad you were able to get it. Since you are coming to the M&G late we may be able to have some guys stay after and put it on. If not, I'm sure we can set something up soon to get that thing installed. We just have to make sure you have everything. The add stated that the saler was keeping the brake lines, so we are going to need to get you some extended lines. We can get lines pretty cheap at a few local places. We are also going to need to find you some shocks. Were the shackles included? I couldn't tell from the pic.

Im going to go pick it up today or tomorrow from Yucca Valley. So the M&G wont work, but I am am still coming by after work work to hang and meet everybody.
I called the guy to get the facts. Here they are: 88 limited with over 450,000 miles. HOLY CRAP!! Does NOT have 33" tires. 31" Bald tires is what it is currently on. Also was recently rolled and in need of major body work. The picture does not show the side that was rolled. No work done to the axles. 242 t-case with auto tranny. Saler does not know what lift is on it and does not know if it has SYE or longer driveshafts. One possible positive thing is that there is a real strong chance it has a D44 out back. If so, then this would be great for parts considering it has a new motor and rebuilt tranny.
Your right about that. I got a little excited about a new model XJ skid plate so I called the guy. I quickly realized that this was NOT for a my year XJ. Good deal for somebody, but just not me.
