I talked to the guy. Engine has top off, to look at the pistons I guess. He's gone for the weekend but said he would call me on Monday. I don't have a tow rig so it's probably not worth it to me to spend any money getting it to SD from Malibu. If you want to talk to him or want him to call you, shoot me a pm.
