Well i just picked me up a new pitt

4cyl 5spd
4.56 gears, lock right's front-n-rear (so they say)
4inch rustys lift
soft top and hard top
custom sliders and front bumper
loose bolts left and right :shocked:
F'ed up fenders!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

4inch's of mud inside and underneath :shocked: :eyes:

nice grab man. about those fenders. imho flat fenders would look killer. just cut the front of those fenders off and grind the rest down to where it looks pretty.

If you ever want to test for a rear lock-rite, accelerate while you're turning. My lock-rite will start locking & push me straight if I'm using more than about 10% throttle.

Or do some burnouts and look for two stripes. LOL!

Front lock-rite? You may have to put er in some mud & poke your head out the window to make sure both tires are spinning while you get on the gas.

I hope you didn't pay more then $1200 bc that thing is rough! Top and doors dont match, and I don't mean the color. I do think the bumper is decent though. GL looks like you got a lot of work ahead of you.

and i would just ditch the fenders and put some 1" tube fenders on there

since you have both tops, if i were you i would sell the hardtop for some axle money and upgrade atleast the rear to a 8.8

you can get 500-600 for the top and im betting that the gears in the axles will be a hot items too if you swap them out.

Well my money pitt is going to kill me!
I had to put new shims in the back do to the PO not doing the lift right and one of the shims was broke in half :huh: no leaf spring pins and the dam Ubolts were no tight so the axle was twisting with every shift :clap: Also the front diff is all screwed up I need new Gears and a Install kit for the front diff. I may have a front dana 30 lock right for sale so i can rebuild my front diff on a budget :lecture:

Since it was so nice to day I just had to take some pics of my XJ eating the YJ!!!! LOL
Yea I know i need new fenders or tube ones would look killer.
