so i bought a house yesterday

1950s cape cod on 0.3 acres. 2440 sf including the partially finished basement, 3 bed / 2 bath. No garage but room to put my own once the funds build up in the bank account again.

Not a terrible bedroom to bathroom ratio. I try to shoot for a 1:1 ratio minimum, personally.

hahahaha. Yea the upstairs has no bathroom currently due to the style of house. It's in the plans to add a dormer at the rear and an upstairs bathroom at some point in the future though.

Got my inspection last night. Guys were too busy drooling over how clean my truck was to really check anything :laugh:

They did actually check the front end though. I guess my driver's side upper ball joint is starting to get loose. Figures, I have about 70k on that set of ball joints IIRC.

So it failed?

I have to tell the shop like 6 times my truck is OBD1 before they stop complaining about doing an inspection on a Land Rover

OBD1 means more field serviceable. Like the lug nuts.

Everything is made so you can get drunk off of piss warm beer, take it apart with your teeth, and then kind of hack it together good enough to get you out of the woods and back to the pub.

Working on my buddy's E39 has turned into that as well. Turned me off even that generation of bimmers for sure. What an electronic nightmare of a vehicle.

That's why I'm switching to ultra reliable GM electrics meshed together by someone who is ultra incompetent.
