THe NAC Lots-O-BFG KO2 Thread

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Stove thread

Just go buy some ends and however much wire you want and make one.

Was originally going to do that but got told it wouldn't save me all that much $$ and is a bit more sketchy. Just wanted to see if there were any off the shelf options anywhere but I'll probably end up making a home depot run tomorrow to make my own.

Its not that bad. The one I used at my buddy's garage for a couple years was held together with electrical tape. Only got zapped 4 or 5 times.

My long cord was the extra 35' from when we got a hot tub and wired it in. Just buy some plugs and make one. Sometimes you can find decent length drops or end of rolls for a discount at HD or Lowe's

Gotta wait for a replacement exhaust manifold to come so I can get the intake on the jeep so it can run, should be fun loading it on a trailer without steering

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Stove thread

Found a local place to do some cyro treating on my nv4500 builds. Turns out he's a big jeeper and does Lucas Murphy's stuff. I made a new friend. The end.

Do you have a full swap for a Ram? I have a friend in CT with a 3500 dually second gen that wants an NV4500.

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Stove thread

It honestly doesn't matter what color as Nick is going to be respraying the truck all black.

I just don't want any rust/rot anywhere on them.

I don't know what they go for so I don't know what to budget for them. I would think $200 would buy me a good set of fenders? :dunno:

Shoulda warned me before I came home from CO, damn near nothing rots out there. It was insane, I saw like, 1970s trucks in the yards with less fender rust than I see on mid to late 90s trucks out here.

I went to like 3 different yards to pull parts.

... actually, bug Adam and see if he can check them as baggage for the trip home? :looney:
