i started late today, working late. last week i almost fell out of my truck driving to work and found my seat was missing some pieces

because of this

rot rot

patched and sealed

cleaned up and used rust convertor paint over the rest

fixed seat

ya. water in through that hole from tire spray, soaked the insulation and sat rotting the seat bracket and floor out. i cut out all the insulation and will add some peel and seal in the spring

i'm surprised it wasn't that bad. truck is 20 years old in april. i know the cargo area has a small hole in it as well but it's in a spot that doesn't get/stay wet. i'll address that when it gets warmer too.
