THe NAC Lots-O-BFG KO2 Thread

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

Interesting. One friend in particular had two of them go in his dad's WJ, they decided to go Ford. At the dealer his dad said hey look they have a nice WJ over there, he goes "did you not learn the first two times" and they left with the Ford...

What goes in the engine? I've heard they commonly have oiling issues especially if not well maintained, but that's about it.

I think it's oiling issues in combination with poor PM that kills them most of the time.

EDIT: IDK if they do it at Sam's, but most of the other yards I go to will write "Bad engine" "Bad tranny" etc on the windshield. Keep an eye out and I bet you'll see the same thing I have- most are in with a bad engine if they're not totalled.

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

If your not wheelin this weekend due to the weather your a ******

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

My lack of roof, windows, and wipers make me dislike wheeling in the rain. Even more so I dislike camping in the rain, it makes my vagina wet.

Sometimes, but not always. They don't tend to write it, but many of the insurance claim vehicles that come in have loss type stickers on the windshield that also indicate whether they came in with keys or not and whether they try to start/run/drive or not.

If you guys want to come Monday, we'll do the summit that day. I think you'll really like it up there
the summit is going to be AWESOME after this much rain. :wow:

I am not sure I am going to have money to go, if I do, I will be there.

Yup.

Having a soggy seat and getting soaked is just miserable. I've done it enough times to know that I don't enjoy it

I should be able to see you guys Monday at the Summit.

I like the fact that billy is wheelin the shit out of his $500 4runner and those with 5 figure rigs are being babies

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

Well, it looks like I might just make it. I have to fix some shit still.

Billy, if I do, I'm planning on picking that cab cut up from your place on the way home. The sooner I get it out of your yard the better, and I have a pack of good sawzall blades for you

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

If I had an enclosed cab I would certainly go wheeling in the rain this weekend.

But not having any glass is something I gave up so I could go racing. And I'm perfectly ok with not being miserable out in the rain so I can go have a blast at Line Mtn/Southwick/RC.

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

Except for the other 99% of the time we spend wheeling when it's nice out.

this is new england, its more like 60% kid.

my rig is nowhere near a race truck and not going to bet anytime soon. so glass and doors stay for now. but dont worry, I clearly understand the reasoning behind it lol.

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

wheeling with no doors etc has never bothered me when it's pouring out :dunno:

y'all know I pretty much NEVER wheel with doors. Even back when I was able to put doors on, they were off more often than on, regardless of weather
