if you still have something open towards the end of summer i'll be able to seriously consider it. tarah is having a hard time finding a new job around here and we will be moving before the 13/14 school year starts if she cant. where's the district youre in? i'll check it out with her and see if there are any positions for her in the area.

Kidding aside, I swear with all the people crying for jobs, why is it so hard to find someone good for an entry level position? I mean, I think I'm offering a decent pay at $19-$24 and hour for starting position.

i feel its the whole idea that is drilled into peoples heads that if you go to school you will be given a job plus the whole IT field is just flooded with people who think they know computers and got into it thinking they be making bank.

one time i was at an au bon pon for a lunch brake and this dude was interview someone for an IT networking job:
interviewer: "so on your resume you say you have experience with router, explain"
interviewee: "i setup my parents house with linksys router once"
interviewer: "that is the most basic thing you can do you never get a job if that is your highest level of expertise"

kid i work with has some sort of degree in computers. i asked him how was college. his reply, a 60k party. haha.

Nope. I just hired a guy on the spot today who has no "formal" degree.
He knew more about the questions I asked than all of the ones that had degrees.

you mean Im not an expert on hardware! I only build my own computers. and I still have no freakin idea what im doing.

What are they? I have some, I want something other than rustys..... mine are pissing me off. How much can I trim off the shock mount with out it being an issue?

Fuuuuuuuuuujjjj harbor freight

Only had to flare two ends of brake lines, got one done and it stripped the threads and won't hold the line anymore, brand new kit too

I had my wife pick it up and said to her, it only has to last for five mins, keep receipt so I can return it WHEN it breaks

No shop in town will flare the remaining end, jeep dealer said they are discontinued (small town dealer) I asked how brake lines can be discontinued and walked out

So ****ing pissed now, was gonna go cruising in the mj today and actually be able to stop

no shop in town will flare one end of a brakeline for you? id do it in 42 seconds for nothing.

and never in my life have I ever purchased a premade brakeline, for personal use, or the shop. I just make them up. you usually have to bend the shit out of them to get them where you want them anyway.
