The yard goes from where that last one is to another 60-70ish feet behind the garage to the treeline, which is non-developable woods for at least 600 feet until the next backyard.

They did some of the roof with white translucent panels so it gets a good amount of daylight in it as well, and there are two 8x10ish rooms partitioned off inside against the right wall that I may or may not keep, I dunno.
Also bumped the closing back til June 27th (aka after NACfest).

preheated the manifold with a little propane torch, went about an inch bead at a time, and welded it all up. There was a couple pops at first but it welded very easily. I have it cooling in sand right now.

I had progressive for about 8 years. Had no issues with them and they were always great to deal with customer service wise. Never had to make a claim on my policy but they did a good job getting money from another person's insurance for some damage to the fiance's car.
Reason why i switched though was even after all the time and platinum status or whatever the **** it was and no accidents or tickets I was still paying a shitload and my premium wasn't going down. I had damn near every discount i could get but they still were buttraping my wallet every six months.

nothing but good experience with progressive here. ive been a couple weeks late with payment a couple occasions (forgot) and they were like "oh, no biggie"
had some broad hit me one time and she tried to get money from my insurance company.
My insurance dude just asked me what exactly happened, I told him, he laughed and said something along the lines of "ok, this girl is stupid, you have nothing to worry about, she isnt getting any money from you or us, just ignore anything she or her insurance company sends you, I'll take care of it." and that was that.

I don't Jeep anymore, no sense in putting money out to do much more, I'm barely on here anymore. As much as I would love to drive around in another big Jeep, it would be a ton of work I'm not ready to put into anything, and it would only see the beach or the streets of cape cod, and would sit 350 days of the year at my parent's place breaking down.
I never get called for much, let me know if you still have any of those bon fires you were talking about last year. And I need to check out your house sometime now that its just about done.

When I've welded cast you can hear it crack, if you heard it cracking look it over and find the crack and just grind it down and do it over.
