I honestly dont know. but yea I didnt think its salvageable in general. never mind the fact that it looks to be not worth it even if it was.

hes just trying to take advantage of me. paying me shit to do a job that would cost him at least 60$ an hour at a real shop.

Ill hang 12' 1/2 for days! hell the 1 or 2 time I got to use it we were hanging 16's.

Iv been hanging 10' 5/8 fire rated for about the past week. 10's suck they dont land on a 16" lay out so you have to cut every board. you end up with alot of wasted time and board.

Well...offer in on house #3. Third time's the charm, right?

Bonus points for this one are it's less than a mile down the road on my same street, has a BALLIN garage, and was completely renovated in 2010 - roof, electrical, kitchen, gas conversion, city water & sewer hookup, bathroom, new hardwood, etc.

edit: dammit, made my closing date the Wednesday before NACfest. :laugh: **** me if I hafta pull a Bill this year...

1/2" ultralight, only two rooms are longer than 12', most are 11.5' l and w so shouldn't take long but I suck at measuring and there are a lot of doors and windows and outlets

Why is the closing date so far off? I think I was 35 days from accepted offer till signing day

Also if they accept your offer I don't think they would mind pushing the closing date back a week as long as all your financing is in order

So the clutch went in the focus a few weeks ago. Did that and a new slave while the trans was out. I think the new slave just took a dump. Was hoping it was the MC so changed that but it won't bleed good (pedal won't keep a good feel, loses pressure) so this is pretty gay..


Oh by the way-now it won't start. Hahahahah awesomeeee. Such great luck for me lately...

just ran out of welding gas, still have lower axle mounts, coil buckets and frame crossmeber to weld up, awsome
