I was on the ice at Lake Winnepasaukee for about 8 hours today. Only 25 minutes of which was spent actually diving under the ice. My 2nd dive was cut short because they needed someone to go recover one of the guy's brand new quads that completely fell thru and got stuck under the ice 15 feet from shore.

Colin how bad did your door bar bend? and was it a direct hit on it? basicly gonna try and keep the doors and just cut up the inside of the door so it still closes, if i ever want the windows down a hammer will take care of that

Bumper looks good, but I think it needs a boner bar. Are those tube wings braced to anything on the back? I'd be afraid of one bending back toward the tire if it's not braced to the mounting brackets/frame rail since you seem to have the same issues with playing drive-by-braille and bending the shit out of bumpers and crossmembers that I do.
Like hell I'm doing that. I might be hack, but when the fix costs $50 and gives me a beginners lesson in half-ass gear setup (since I don't have to get pinion depth right, it's already set) I think it's worth doing right. It chewed up and spat out at least one whole shim and ate into another, as well as wearing down the back face of the bearing cone and chewing into the carrier, so there was almost no preload and I'm pretty sure the pattern would be way out too from the wear being concentrated on one side of the carrier.That video is awesome Kenneth, but I'd just FIRI.
