THe NAC Lots-O-BFG KO2 Thread

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

Sheared off two more trans-to-bellhousing bolts on the truck.

No idea why its happening. I used loctite last time and hammered on them. I'm gonna try loosening the trans mount and tightening them.
the dodge? maybee stop dumping clutch in 2nd?

Nope. I have 4 friends in common with her though, there's a good chance I've met her but never really interacted. Why?

sounds fun, i got both frt spring hangers re mounted, just gotta open up the holes on the rear haners and im good to go, Dremel FTW! am now running out to a couple of the smaller parts stores in hopes to find the 3/16 double flare nipple that i need

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

You guys using an actual Dremel? I have one, with the tiny cutting wheels it comes with. I can't imagine it can do too much, but maybe the one I have (bought it years ago) is just an underpowered one.

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

I love my Dremel for doing very detailed sheetmetal work/rust repair, grinding bolt heads off, taking spotwelds out of sheetmetal, and cleaning up my sheetmetal welds before doing body filler. Works way better than a flap wheel, you can grind just the weld down the perfect amount to be flush with the surface without thinning the sheetmetal around it like a flap wheel on an angle grinder would.

Makes sense. I used to use it when I was doing repairs at 70-unit complex. Mostly for old windows, when I came across stripped screws I'd cut in my own flathead groove.

Looks like I'll need to buy some new attachments.

the holes in the frame and spring hangers are slightly smaller then 1/2" just gotta open em up slightly, dremel has been kicking dick

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

Anybody need some load range E's? I have a set of 5 235/85/16s, all of them arent the same but it's actually 2 sets of two matching and one spare.

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

Today sucks at work. Flexible duct is a great theory. But the fiberglass insulation part of it is a prick and when it doesn't want to slide onto the end of hard duct it's a huge pain in the ass. Doesn't help when my company refuses to give us the right sized ladders so I'm standing on the top plate through a suspended ceiling.

you a Tin Knocker?

It's not the ladders that aren't tall enough.
