Rough day for me... Slept until 2pm, watched TV and dicked around another two hours, went for a mountain bike ride and soaked in the foliage, then came back and started drinking Jack and Cokes. Tough life!

I know tough life. It was the first night I slept in my own bed for at least the past 3 weeks, maybe 3.5 weeks. And I'm back to being a single man again so it's time for booze, biking, and time for the jeep

working around really expensive shit is crazy but you get numb to it quick. i routinely pull $8500 tvs out of trucks the same way i'd grab a $200 one. when i work in houses they are no less than 5 million bucks... the kitchen of a place i spent a few hours in today had 50 grand in just appliances in it.

It's too bad you guys only do AV stuff, I'd pay good money for some stinkin rich guy's castoff kitchen appliances right now. Or rather, in six months, when I should be about ready to start putting the kitchen back together.

dude, i know you live in the woods, but big-box store open boxes are the way to go. modern tvs dont wear out for shit, you can get returns and display models for 40 to 50% off easy. the plasma in my living room was a display model my rents paid under 400, originally 750. my plasma i paid 350 or so, originally 700... both panasonic vieras. bought my mom a 32" insignia lcd for 145 orig 250. all best buy open box or returns. wait til the week after christmas, best time to buy ANYTHING electronics. returns are the shit.

Yeah, there's a open box place store like 30 min from me. Last time I bought a video camera there it didn't come with anything i need to put the video on the computer, and the monitor I bought there burnt out like 2 weeks later.
