I'm taking some measurements tonight on a six pack manifold while the dude welds up my NP241.

If I can't get all 3 to fit I'll just be running two instead.

there was a truck on craigslist i want but the dickhead doesnt get back to me.

88 chevy c1500. new throttle body, distributor and fuel pump and gay-ass sensors, runs mint for $500.

would be perfect for my swap.

I'm taking some measurements tonight on a six pack manifold while the dude welds up my NP241.

If I can't get all 3 to fit I'll just be running two instead.

run throttle bodies on top of eachother.

Me: Don't gear your axles to 3.42, that's dumb.

Him: You're right, that makes sense, I guess I'll go to 7.17s instead.

I also love that he calls out Andy on being off by a few percent on the crawl ratio, when he's running an auto and using that stupid "2" factor for the torque converter.

Sig figs and error margin FTW.

Side note, finally picked up my firearms ID and pistol permit from my local PD yesterday.

The ID is about 1/4" larger in all dimensions than a standard license or credit card, and doesn't fit comfortably anywhere in my wallet. XXXXin stupid.

my crawl ratio math is this:

i want more gearing= add different gears or more transfer cases
i want less gearing= dont shift it into the lowest gear i have dipshit.

works for me so far.

numbers are gay.

i saw a toyota with like 1:437419549714 gearing roll over backwards on the rc comp course because his brakes couldnt stop his gears in time. and his front end slowly lifted higher and higher until he quickly fell on his roof.
