I had some luck with smallmouths, i don't fish for trout. I'll be going to RI in the next few weeks for some tautog fishing and maybe some early season stripers

i love fishing for large mouths, they are tough to catch this time of year. Im not an expert either, all i know is they like warm water better. i only use rubber worms and some rapala lures. we'll have to go out sometime.
