I discovered that Ace Hardware stores have hardware/fastener sections that make the ones at Lowes/HomeDepot look like piles of scrap metal.

Yup. Check out a few different ones too. One local Ace hardware has a great hardware/fastener selection but a shitty gasket/o-ring selection. A different local [Rocky's] Ace hardware has a (comparatively) poor hardware/fastener selection but a better gasket/o-ring selection.

yeah, im certainly thankful for the job. i mean its pretty decent money for the position, enough to be looking at houses so its a good gig for now. the hours are just shit.
