I really don't see buying a nice welding helmet a waste of money as it will be protecting your eyes.

Keith, I have the elite in the "wicked" sticker design. Shop around, you can get them cheaper than that.

My dad found a miller performance series on CL for $120 today. New in box.

Also, what do you guys think of this trade. My '94 ZJ, 171k, 4.0/5spd, 4.5" RE lift, HP30/8.8 blah blah blah, for this '01 TJ, 104k, 4.0/5spd, 2" BB, bushcrackers, otherwise stock.

It's a little banged up in the front, but a set of tube fenders, a new grille and some hammer work on the hood would clean that up.

The 60 is close to done. Gears and lockright and that junk it done. Just gotta put together the PS shafts and the PS outers, DS is all done and assembled. I think I gotta pull the inner shafts and do a little more work to them. I clearanced the yokes to clear in the inner C, but it seems as if it the stub shaft is a little too long causing the inside on the inner shaft yoke to come very close and just barely rub the end of the axle tubing.

It does look a little beat, but if it's going to be a trail rig I'm not too worried about looks. The part that sucks is the guy is in PA, so it would be a ~3hr drive to meet him halfway. Kind of a hike just to check it out. I might seriously consider it if I can keep my wheel/tire combo...

Mine were fine with the splindle tightend down but once I installed the flanges the ds rubbed in a couple spots, after the little bit of driving I've done its already self clearenced
