THe NAC Lots-O-BFG KO2 Thread

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

Frame side track bar tacked on, stock frame LCA mounts cut off, new driver side LCA mount tacked on, and fixed a few shitty tacks on the axle.

Billy shit on Ken's desk?
I got gansett'd. I'd rather get gansett'd than iced any day. In fact I am drinking it right now.

Question.

So according to Crows website, the shoulder belt should be between 0-5 degrees downward from the shoulder. My problem, is that the shoulder slots in the seat are probably 4" below my shoulder, so they have to loop down, then back to the harness bar.

Is that a problem?
only if you want your spine to get compressed in a hard collision.

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

wait, which kitchen door? The new one I put in or the one onto the porch? I lock the new one so it doesn't swing open, all the others are either under a porch roof or not worth closing because they don't seal anyways.

And yeah, I don't really bother locking doors. I'll probably start after I manage to get the place finished.

4"? I thought you were closer to my 3", guess I missed that in the convo.
Just run them outside, on either side of the headrest.

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

Even if they were three inches, I don't get how you can have a ten degree slope.

I don't know about running them around the headrest. It's pretty wide. I looked at doing that today.

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

You've had pbr right? Why are you even looking at bumps

Measured...

It ends up being 11.89 degrees. Oh well.

Awesome weekend in beautiful Maine.

I've been gone, so I'm going to do what Carmelo doesn't like, quote things I've missed.

I know some of you dummies like old, wierd jeeps. Here
Sweet FC on tracks

holy waste of money!
I really don't see buying a nice welding helmet a waste of money as it will be protecting your eyes.

Keith, I have the elite in the "wicked" sticker design. Shop around, you can get them cheaper than that.

Re: THe NAC Lots-O-Post Thread

I paid like 50 bucks for one of mine a few years ago and the other was given to me by a friend when he sold his welder.

Eyes are in better shape now than they were then.

I could see 350 bucks if you were a professional welder doing this all day every day and wanted the extra comfort and quality, but for a weekend/evening type thing I see no reason to spend that much money when a cheaper unit can do just as well. Unless it's turning on slowly and giving you a flash every time you strike an arc, it's fine.

Whichever engineer decided it would be a good idea to install captured nuts for the leaf spring bolts inside the f#king frame rails should be tarred and feathered. Then beaten with a table leg.:smsoap::smsoap::smsoap::smsoap::smsoap:
