Yeah, chrysler 360. And while I was out wheeling another guy called me up and wants to sell me a whole truck with a 360, autotragic, 4x4, etc for 600. I'm not sure if it runs and drives but I'm probably gonna jump on that one and might grab the other just for spare parts.

Asbestos, depending on what type it is could be nasty stuff, I wouldn't want to mess with it.

What are the legal methods for YOU to remove it? I'm sure you need to get it to a special drop spot. How much is that going to cost? I'd get a couple quotes both ways and see how it works out. Good luck.

I have cement asbestos siding and asbestos pipe insulation. I want both gone and if they give me a good price for removing it, I will have them do so. I really want NOTHING to do with asbestos removal, I have enough lung issues without adding more.

a friend of a friend's dad removed all the asbestos from his house years ago and left it in his garage, and has been slowly throwing it away in the trash for years (illegally). the idiot will probably die from mesothelioma for trying to save a few thousand $$.

I would definitely pay to have that professionally cleaned up as that stuff is no joke.

yeah, but it's already layered over cedar siding and I had to rip some off to do the flashing for the new roof properly. And some of it is badly freeze damaged. I want it GONE, as soon as I can afford it.

I had to really beat the shit out of that rim to get it off the hub. Ended up dropping it on the pavement and then hitting it as hard as I could with my hitch drawbar (about 10lbs.) It was really stuck on there.

Hahahaha, watching you drive off with that flat tire was hilarious. I kind of expected to find you out by the road when we left.

When I left Bradley's I had no brakes after turning around, and the caliper was hanging off by the hose. I have no idea where the bolts went, but luckily he had a caliper(I pushed the piston right out of mine), and some bolts laying around. I yanked the old one, primed a new one and drove home.

EDIT: I guess sheep beat me to it, haha. Sheep if you need anything welded shoot me a PM.

Should have let me know, I think I even had a spare rear ZJ caliper and all the slide bolts (for front AND rear) in the back of my jeep.

When did the tire fall off the rim? I think it was still on there when I tried to get moving on the ice but I'm really not sure and frankly I didn't give a shit. That tire was junk and so was the rim and they'd both been pissing me off for months.

Friend of mine gots a 5spd and 318 out of his old truck he's planning on swaping hthe 5 spd into his other truck that's got a auto I really want it and tthe motor to drop into my jeep

Why am I surprised you have spare parts in your Jeep?

The tire was off the bead almost immediately after you started driving, it was just flopping all over the place getting chewed up.

Did I... hit anything that would have caused it? Or did it just decide to be a piece of shit and flop off for no apparent reason? Glad I gave it the shredding it deserved.

if i can get a cheap 318/5 spd combo id go ahead with things, id rather the 3550 or whatever it is as i wouldnt have to massacure my trans tunnel for the 4500, and with a 318 i can get everything in and right then down the road bolt in a 360

what do you mean by cheap? because it looks like I have 2 possible sources for 360s open *with computers and all the junk to run the motor* and neither will cost me more than 600. If you want I can buy both and hold one till you want it.

No transmissions though, unless you want the automatic... you can have that for free.
