Cracked the 5th gear housing on the nv4500 in my truck. Also sheared one of the bellhousing bolts at some point.

any issues with flattening out a wacked out axle bearing retainer on my rear 44 so my axle stops wiggling in and out a 1/8" to a 1/4" and pouring gear oil out? i would have gone to mod tech but people are asking about imput and foreward about their lifts.

You would also be ~70 miles from your tools and a place you can work on it. THat would also happen at 9pm sunday night right before you finish to get ready to drive back home.

No, just fed up when you talk to someone in person and they say "oh no I completely understand, I would do the same thing. I agree, I would be fed up too, etc etc etc." Then come on here and have them saying "wah, someone can't handle it, they need to get a new car because of it, that is just dumb."
But you're right, I forgot, we are men so we have to drive big dumb trucks that can't be newer than 100 years old because its dumb to buy anything with new technology in it and we have to work on them every waking second because we wouldn't be manly if we weren't. And you can drive anywhere you want, as long as it is to another gas station because you go through so much you will run out driving 5 feet. And if you can't handle replacing a major component every 2 hours, then you're a sissy man.
