Went to the Gastroenterologist (read: gynecologist) again today, going to run some tests to hopefully figure out what the f**k is wrong with my stomach. The briarwood felt like it was going to fall apart on the ride down.

Then test drove a new civic SI since there was a Honda dealer right next to the place. The guy was like "these cars like higher RPM, so once this light turns green, why don't you keep it up around 6K..." Didn't have to tell me twice.

I went outside for like an hour.

Welded up the pass side wheel well and bent up a mockup piece for the apillar. I think I'm gonna start just behind the fender and come out and up the apillar.

I'm looking at my MJ and my engine hoist and thinking how much easier this motor swap in the 98 would be if I put the engine hoist on the back of the MJ and secured it somehow.

Off in less than 2 hours...on a 21 year old Jeep... no broken bolts, no PB blaster, I stuck a propane torch in the frame rail for all of 10 seconds on two of them. What is going on????

my shitbox now has a complete exhaust, just gott pull it all and weld it ups, question for colin/chris/bill or even anyone, you guys bother spraying your welds with any paint or coating or just let stuff rust?

I wrapped most of mine which is supposed to make it worse for rusting. Oops. It lives inside 99% of the time anyway. The other times the exhaust gets hot enough to let the water go bye bye.

EDIT: Bill, you doing copper or PEX in your house? Radiant heat or what? If you are doing PEX tubing for anything, I have the tool for crimping the copper sleeves on and the go/nogo gauge, if you want to borrow it instead of paying 50+ dollars for it, you're more than welcome to. Just picked it up to do my radiant heating upstairs.

Copper for the wall probably, PEX in the floor for radiant but not sure how much or where it is going yet. Thanks for the offer! I might pick up my own when it gets to that point though.
