Couldn't you also just have a d-ring tab on each side of the axle and use your winch to hold it up?

The chain is fast and simple. If you wanna get out and crawl on the ground at Line Mountain under a muddy dripping truck to try and route a cable from the front to a back corner of the frame and then down to the axle, then spool it all up again, that's your call...meanwhile I've already got my tire in the air and halfway off.

The uppers have flex joints at both ends already. The lower mount isn't 100% parallel from frame to axle so the rubber bushing isn't gonna last

I don't know anything about suspension but I'm pretty sure every link set up is the same. Bunch of tubes bolted to the axle. The more the merrier. That's all there is to it.
