Boss left work already. I think I might have to follow his lead in an hour or so.

Edit - Just looked up directions from work to the hardware store that supposedly has a good O-ring selection hoping there was a quicker way to get there than the way I already know (which takes me past my house)... the directions take me right past my house and do the roads I already know. Hate it when that happens :doh:

When you walk in the front entrance to the lab there is an isle that goes completely across the lab (in the short direction)... nothing special. Except today, at the far end of the isle, there is a [black] guy in a suit and tie sitting at a random desk that was never there before. He has just been sitting there all day. Wtf?

From the distance I was at the guy and his [black] suit kindof blended together into a black shape.

The 2nd time I walked by a little later he was doing high steps and plyometric type walks around the desk (I'm assuming to stretch out?)

Well plyos are different exercises that are used to strengthen muscles for fast movements and back in HS we did different plyo type walk exercises. Probably easier to google it and get an answer than what I can give.

And btw, you going to be around on Sunday? I might be able to deliver that yoke if you are.. I'll probably be heading out to western MA at some point and can deliver on my way there or possibly on the way back.

That's what I did with mine and I'm very glad I did. Start it up and, if possible, take it out for a quick drive around the block once in a while but otherwise just ignore it. Just work on some small stuff here and there if you get the itch to work on it and can afford it.

So stupid question for you guys... found the right size o-ring at the store but the rubber feels a bit softer than the one I got in the rebuild kit.

Think it's OK to use that one or should I buy another kit and hope I don't ruin another o-ring? I'm leaning towards saying FIRI and if the box starts leaking sooner than later I will just rebuild it again.

Edit: Nevermind. Just rethought that and went back to the garage and checked the orings again. The new/replacement ring I broke isn't much harder than the ones I got from the hardware store at all.. it's the old one that is harder/crappy. FIRI

I neglected to mention how he found me. He said he was watching the show Alaska state troopers and saw my cousin Tim, thought he was hot, looked him up online, and saw a few pics of Tim and I together. His opening message to me was "Hi.. Nice bikes"
