And do you guys think HD or Ace would have a better o-ring selection (or some entirely different store)? Any feedback would be appreciated.

make sure the o-rings you get are safe for trans fluid or ps fluid depending on what you use. If you get the wrong ones they might swell up.

oh, and i finally think my dumb bitch issues are over.

the boyfriend blocked me from reaching him then threatened me via text messages and told me to facebook him when i manned up. so i just told him everything that makes this situation XXXXed up and i dont give a shit anymore.

the suicide threats came in a few hours later.

For anyone going to FC, enjoy the weekend!

I'm hoping my oui course tomorrow morning is quick and painless. The first week I went our instructor said "I don't give you a break so we leave early"... out the door in less than 1.5 hours (2 hour course). Last week he said "it's labor day, go home and have fun" and let us go in an hour. Hope he comes up with some reason to let us go early tomorrow.

I was going to check for any ratings and ask the guy at the counter but I'll definitely be sure to mention that. I'm really hoping I don't have to order a whole 2nd rebuild kit to get that one damn o-ring.

I gotta say, the best day ever at intel was the day before I handed in my first resignation letter, I simply didn't come in, kinda like peter. Except it was mid-May and I was standing on the ground inside my XJ welding new frame and floor pieces into it in a pouring rainstorm instead of sleeping in on a Saturday.

Then I worked there for another year and things improved a lot work-wise... till I started getting dragged back into the same soulsucking project again and got an offer I couldn't refuse at the perfect time.

Over 100 miles visibilty at the top today. I had the road nearly to myself both up and down...had a bit of fun with the 5.9.

Just stopped at the Basin...pretty nice. I like roadtripping when you've got no real plans and can just pull over to check out things that sound interesting.

Southbound again towards FC or Pano's.

I'm so glad to have mine back. 20 more days until I have my full (non-hardship restricted) license back. Can't wait to be able to go to Boston or somewhere after work and not worry about "gotta be home by 7".

Hell... even just being able to run errands at night would be nice. I couldn't get a new o-ring and finish my steering box last night because of my license restrictions.

On your end though at least there seems to be a decent chance you will be able to get a not guilty finding which will be good in the end.

Ummmmmmm. I'm in the lab at work. This lab is quite large, probably 75 meters in the short direction (double that the long way) or so I'd guess. Lab areas are sorted out in a type of semi-grid pattern.

When you walk in the front entrance to the lab there is an isle that goes completely across the lab (in the short direction)... nothing special. Except today, at the far end of the isle, there is a [black] guy in a suit and tie sitting at a random desk that was never there before. He has just been sitting there all day. Wtf?

Yup. I hear ya. Expensive lesson. The AA thing isn't bad, I just have to attend two meetings as part of the OUI class. The class itself isn't bad either (except for the $$ I had to spend on it). It only takes about 1.5 hours out of my day on Saturday mornings when I would probably be sleeping or lounging around the house anyway.
