shes a dumb girl who wants attention and needs to grow up. if shes texting someone that she's gonna off herself, she wont. dont want to be liable if she does? call the police or better yet, a suicide hotline since it'll remain more anonymous. she'll probably stop bothering you after that. still bothers you? be an adult, get a restraining order.

And I am 100% serious right now.
You may say that she isn't serious and calling the authorities about it is stupid however doing so will do one of two things. Either:
A) she will get help that she needs or
B) She will know that if she makes any (true or untrue) suicide threats to you she has to deal with the repercussions (cops/ambulance/etc showing up) and will stop doing it in the future.
I would say you should call it into the cops in her town and tell them you have received suicide threats from her via text and ask them to look into it (or ask if they can provide information on who the appropriate agency to contact is).
