that river crossing took some balls. we both took on water 2000+ miles from home and idk maybe 100 miles from civilization. we were pretty on edge if we wanted to cross it. there was a decent current and we had to walk across first to make sure we wouldnt drive through the deep parts

got a quote for the lifters for my wrangler. $71.94

went to rockauto. $30.95 shipped.

booya.

and i learned that you dont need to take the head off the 2.5 to replace the lifters. just the 4.0 requires head removal. win.

im intrigued. i have money in my pocket and these arent far from me and i want buckets. and it would be smart to put them in the j-truck while the interior is apart

Yep. They're what I'm putting in my XJ when I do a cage. You can have cool seat belts with those... I think.

Edit- Never mind, the newer ones are a little different and have a ficksed head rest(I like better). You can do it with them

my only concern is i might want seats that fold forward. and all the mounting brackets for adjustability.
