So I took out the thrust washer on the stub shaft and everything spins mint, but I can't get the dust cap on the hub without the same problem again.

The shafts are the same length and everything as Ross's stockers. I think the knuckles are the problem.

So I went to assemble the rear. I can't get the wheels to seat all the way down because of a ridge on the hubs. I'm going to have to pound out the studs and grind it down if I can't get to it with the studs in.

that sucks balls dood, you sure you took enough off the h2's? your frt issues makes me almost want to toss the shafts into mine but ill wait on that gotta get this motor back in, gonna gram a timing chain and new harmonic balencer tomorow

then why not make the center bore of the wheels bigger?

Why don't you call the company you spent 1 million dollars on for the knuckles you think are the problem, shithead. The least they could do is give some advice.

That's my plan for tomorrow. Wanted to be sure dumbass. I dont call and whine without reason.

Nope! It'll all be together by memorial day weekend, other than that i dont really care to hurry too much haha. Ggetting wheels this weekend, once i mount the tires im sure thatll put my ass in gear a bit more. You gonna be cruisin around in the big jeep by then or what??

ill be lucky to have the drivetrain back in by then, still waiting on the flywheel bolts, im really hoping to have gears/locker/spool ordered by then,im also kinda waiting to get my summer work sced planned out
