i left the pins in and just replaced the plastic thingy, hack i didnt even replace the lower bearing, o well, no off to weld up mid stiffner, sheetmatal can go suck a dick

Haha, I was being facetious. I was saying that because I got a PM from him trying to flame me one time after posting a link to his original build thread. He told me I must have forgot I was on the internet, which is public, and I made an ass out of myself. I politely pointed out to him where he only succeeded in making an ass out of himself, and I was well aware of where I was.

not sure how my welds are on the stiffners, they will prob fall off on the first rock the hit, o well, then ill just scrap this jeep and build a grand wagoneer

just a bit fustrated, some welds do awsome others suck and i blow through the shhetmetel like crazy, never did lower the power settings though, may be i should of tried that, o well

i do mine with my 140 cranked all the way up. just concentrate the gun on the stiffys and pull it over to the unibody

Why not just weld something to the kingpin and use the added heat to break it free? That's Billy style. Or ask Anthony or Bill.

I actually did that to the second one because the cheesy tool I made rounded out.

For getting them out, heat with torch, weld something to the kingpin and put pipe on wrench. You'll need something a little more sophisticated to get them torqued in.

I will agree. The Jamaicans even didn't want their own money. We made the mistake of exchanging money at the airport, when we got to the hotel they all laughed at us. Everyone everywhere wanted USD's.
