Basically, hold f8 before Windows starts and it will bring you to a menu. Scroll up & down with the arrows and start it with no network connectivity. When it boots up, do a system restore.

Start > Help and Support > System restore (and pick a date, about a month ago). If I have to do it I go farther back than I know I need to. You never know when you got the virus and how long it lay dormant before it started attacking.
Did you get your computer fixed? Starting in safe mode and system restore is probably your best bet.I don't get it
