Just ordered TwistedStitch Apex seats in standard black tweed with C style headrest (wider than the one below) so there's two slotted holes for shoulder belts.

Also got a pair of 3" x 50" Crow 5-pt harnesses with pads (red on red).

All from Poly Performance for $750 SHIPPED.

Nope, no extra charge.

I spoke with people from TwistedStitch, Mastercraft, and Beard (though the guy has yet to call me back) and then finally with Poly.

Best prices were on TwistedStitch and he could do exactly what I wanted. $275 per seat for standard black tweed.
