Ya I guess so. I honestly know diddly about my engine comparatively but it's hell of easy to work on and shits torque. It has more torque than the old chevy I had and the gearing was better in that turd. With the cam it's even better.

INDY already makes cool enough stuff for me, if i was to realisticly build a AMC V8 it be a 401 with mild bolt ons

INDY already makes cool enough stuff for me, if i was to realisticly build a AMC V8 it be a 401 with mild bolt ons

I would love to have a 401 but they're money. I'll find old 360s from wagoneers. It's almost commonplace to find some dumbass who just rebuilt it 30,000 miles ago and junk it. Through in a cam and magic torque! Not too mention they have the amc durability.
